1. Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Some items, such as final sale items, personalized products, or perishable goods, are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product description on the website to see if any restrictions apply to a particular item.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Contact us: Email us at support@highqusa.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back.

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if available) and send it to the following address:

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and the return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and indicate the desired exchange in your request. If the exchange item is of greater value, you may be required to pay the difference.
If the exchange item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the price difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We will offer you the option to:

8. Late Returns
